How to Apply for a Grant

If you are a parent or carer, or a professional working with a child (or group of children) with additional needs, you can apply to the trust for a grant.

There is a simple set of initial criteria for any application to be considered:

  • The child (or children) must live in West Devon
  • The child (or children) must be aged 11 or under
  • There must be a specific, identified need and purpose for the grant
  • The application must be supported by a professional
  • We are sorry but we are unable to accept retrospective applications

Parents & Carers

If you are not sure where to start, show this website to your child’s teacher, health visitor, preschool key person or another professional who works with them. They might already know about us!

To apply, please download, complete and return the Parent/Carer Application form below. You will need to ask a professional to support your application and to fill in the relevant section before it is returned to us.

If you are applying for a grant as a professional then please download, complete and return the Professional Application form below.

Funding is available for projects with broader scope, to benefit groups of children, as well as for directly helping individual children. If you would like to discuss a particular possible application case, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
